Detailed complete episode spoiler, from the 24 Insider:
"On the highway Jack is detained and taken into police custody. CTU continues to track Kalil using the Defense Department satellite. Driscoll learns of Jack’s arrest and she contemplates Jack’s value to the investigation. She eventually gets the cops to release him. Driscoll tells Jack that he is on a short leash and she won’t tolerate another violation of CTU’s protocols. Driscoll cancels the All-Points-Bulletin on Kalil and lets Jack lead the field investigation. Back at the holding facility Heller gets pissed off because he signed Omar’s crimes against humanity confession. Heller thinks that if he kills himself the terrorists will be unable to exploit his death. He orders Audrey to kill him by strangling him with her handcuffs. Audrey can’t do it, she looks around the room in disbelief, her eyes come across a gas line. Audrey knows that since she has seen all of the terrorists faces she will be killed even after they get everything they want from her father. Secretary Heller and Audrey say they love each other and they say there tearful goodbyes and they rupture the gas line. Aboard Air Force One President Keeler orders a marine unit to aid in the potential recovery operation. One of Keeler’s advisors tells him that a pre-emptive strike on the terrorists location may be the best option because the trial has the potential to cause the administration great embarrassment. Back at CTU Marianne continues to lurk in the shadows. She uses her leverage against Edgar and gets high security clearance codes from him. Back at the Araz home Dina shoots Debbie’s lifeless body in the heart because that is what Navi expected Behrooz to do. Navi arrives and thanks Behrooz for his allegiance to the operation. Navi tells him to wrap the body up and get rid of it. As he does this Debbie’s cell phone rings, on the caller ID we see it’s Debbie’s mother.
Kalil stops at a stop light and he is harassed by the infamous bad-boy Dan and crew. A cop car pulls up and runs Kalil’s plates. Jack speaks with a dispatcher and the cops back off. Kalil senses something is wrong so he calls Omar and tells him that he may be compromised. Kalil is fiercely loyal to the operation and he speeds off down the highway and speeds up and swerves into a cement truck and commits suicide. The trucks collide and Jack sees the massive fireball. At the holding facility a mysterious man carefully examines the briefcase. I don’t know this characters name. He tells Omar that the train-crash didn’t damage it’s contents. Omar is pleased until he smells the gas from the holding room. He rushes inside and sees Heller and Audrey’s seemingly lifeless bodies. Omar quickly wakes them up and tells his men to prepare Heller for the web-cast. Audrey opens her eyes and she recognizes the man who just examined the briefcase (this will come into play later). Back at CTU, Edgar and Sarah work up the possible locations for the terrorists warehouse, they know Kalil was just a few minutes away. Back at the Araz home the doorbell unexpectedly rings, It’s Debbie’s mother. Dina answers the door and eventually gets rid of her with a little help from Behrooz. Back at CTU we see that Heller’s trial is beginning. Edgar and Sarah find the terrorists location, they relay the information to Jack. Driscoll orders Jack to wait for the Marines but Jack knows there is no time. It’s almost high noon so it’s time for a massive firefight. Driscoll calls President Keeler to inform him that they found Heller’s location and tactical units are on the way. Keeler disregards the information and orders a missile strike on the warehouse. I DON’T KNOW EXACTLY WHEN THIS EPISODE ENDS SO SOME OF THE FOLLOWING MAY GO INTO THE NEXT EPISODE. Jack arrives at the facility. He sees it’s heavily guarded. He notifies Driscoll that he is going in but Driscoll tells him that Keeler ordered a surgical strike. Jack enters the compound and engages in a fierce firefight with the terrorists. Jack finds Heller and they come across Audrey and Omar. Jack kills Omar and they get into an awaiting helicopter and head back to CTU."
- "Shot a guest starring role on 24, the hit TV show for FOX. In the episode titled "11:00AM-12:00PM", I play Bad Boy Dan, a guy who harrasses one of Jack Bauer's (Kiefer Sutherland) lead suspects in a terrorist case [Kalil]. The cops show up and proceeds to arrest me and my crew."

- Driscoll gets Jack off the hook with the CHP (then asks to talk to "Agent Bauer," tsk, tsk. Also, Jack then listens in on a phone conversation between Kalil and Omar.

- "Secretary Heller and Audrey decide they do not want their deaths broadcast on the Internet for the whole world to see. In the holding room they decide that suicide is their only option. They quietly maneuver the chairs towards the side of the room. Audrey uses the chain to break a gas pipe. The gas gradually builds up and they lose consciousness. Omar sees that something is wrong and he and two other terrorists enter the room. They cover their mouths and rush to save them."

- Note: This appears to fit the trailer sequence in which Heller is shown saying (presumably to Audrey): "This trial is going to be a spectacle, designed to humiliate and degrade this country."

- The post-Ep.4.4 trailer shows the following exchange between Dina Araz and Karen Pendleton, Debbie's mom. Karen (to Dina): "I'm Karen Pendleton, Debbie's mother." Dina: "Oh, good to meet you!" Debbie's mom: "I'm looking for Debbie." (Camera pans to Debbie's corpse on the floor behind Dina).

- "The President considers a face-saving scenario." (FOX episode description). The post-Ep.4.4 promo showed part of this discussion. Franklin: "The solution is we make a pre-emptive strike." Pres. Keeler: "We kill our own Secretary of Defense?" Franklin: "He's going to be killed anyway."

- "James Heller and Audrey's location will be discovered but the deadline for the live execution is growing close. Jack leads the tactical assault on the building, but he isn't alone, President Keeler orders an entire U.S. Marine unit to aid in the recovery operation. Jack doesn't have any time to wait for backup and he decides to go into the building alone. Jack makes his covert entry. He kills several guards and continues to look for the Secretary. Outside the Marines are getting closer to the location."

- Note: A trailer (formerly available at the brilliant cSDesigns site, now in FOX legal limbo) showed Jack outside Audrey's cell, telling her he'd be back for her (presumably as he goes off to rescue Heller). Seems like a good point at which to end this episode.
