"IMMINENT TERRORIST ATTACK THREATENS U.S.A. While Agent Bauer,
President Palmer and CTU operatives brace for a devastating and
imminent attack, terrorist mastermind Habib Marwan further complicates
matters in the episode "Day 4: 4:00 AM-5:00 AM" Monday,

"The
missile fired from the field in Iowa is a long range stealth
missile and it can go completely undetected as long as
it stays low enough to the ground. It can remain in the air for
several hours and it has a range of well over 1,000 miles. CTU
and the White-House are clueless on the missiles location
and they have no way of locating it and everyone knows that there
could be a nuclear strike somewhere on the East Coast at any moment.
At the warehouse, Jack and Curtis prepare to escort
Marwan to CTU. They exit the warehouse and prepare
to move Marwan into an awaiting CTU vehicle. They approach the SUV
then suddenly BOOM !!! An RPG screams by Jack and it hits
the transport vehicle which explodes into a massive fireball.
Marwan’s men storm the outside of the factory and they engage
in a fierce gunfight with Jack and Curtis. In the chaos, Marwan
makes yet another daring escape and he runs into an awaiting
SUV which escorts him from the scene. Jack and Curtis fight for
their lives and they eventually kill all of Marwan’s gunmen
but it’s too late because Marwan is long gone. Jack calls
CTU and has them try and track down Marwan’s location but
they come up empty. CTU analyzes Marwan’s lap-top
and cell phone that was found at Marwan’s operations
center and they find that Marwan received a call from a cell number
registered to Richard Heller, the son of the Secretary
of Defense.
At CTU, Audrey is shocked to
learn of her brother’s possible involvement in Marwan’s
terrorist activities and she agrees that Richard needs to be brought
into CTU immediately for questioning. Meanwhile, at the White-House,
Vice President Logan and President Palmer are briefed
on Marwan’s escape and CTU’s current progress. Logan
continues to worry for his life because he fears that the missile
is heading for Washington D.C. At CTU, Secretary Heller
arrives. Richard is marched into CTU and questioned. Secretary
Heller and Audrey eventually question him and Richard finally
admits that he met a couple in a bar and that he went back
to their place. Richard says he was drunk and he had sex with the
man and he says that the woman used his cell phone. Meanwhile, Tony
and Michelle speak about their future and they both agree
to put all of their problems behind them and get back together.
They also both agree to leave CTU and start a life together. Across
the room, CTU tracks the taxi that the couple used and they track
it to a hotel. Jack and Tony head out into the field along with
a few other agents. Meanwhile, at the apartment complex, we see
a woman inside of an apartment. She hears the roar of a helicopter
approaching. The woman turns around and it’s Mandy,
the assassin from season 1 and 2. Mandy kills the man in the room
with her and she starts to make her escape. Jack, Tony and
the other CTU agents move in. Mandy sneaks out of the room
and kills a CTU agent and then she comes across Tony. Mandy sneaks
towards him and takes Tony hostage. Jack checks
in with all of the agents on-site but Tony fails to check in and
Jack realizes that something is wrong. Jack and the other agents
search for Tony and Mandy but they are gone. At CTU, Michelle
breaks down as she fears the absolute worst."
