As first reported by SurvivorsUnite, "the player who takes Cire out, goes home the next TC." Later, SurvivorsUnite further spoils that this person (fifth booted overall) is Tom.

   So it would appear that, despite Candice's assurances (in the post-Ep4 preview of Ep5) that she wants to work with Tom and Colby, either she doesn't, or (more likely) JT flips back to the Rupert-James-Amanda braintrust.
