Cameron
Daddo: "They've been taken out of their comfort
zone. They've been dressed in period costume. They are
put into longboats, in the dark, and they have to row
an hour at night to a black pirate ship that's shrouded
in smoke." From what we can tell, the teams switch around
quite a bit, but we'll make a stab at who starts off
on which team here.

Mark
Burnett: "Every week there's treasure, and it's worth
a lot of money.... In the first week alone,
they're competing for 40,000 U.S. dollars' worth of Spanish
doubloons." Since
Azmyth is shown as the captain, and Nessa and Sean are
shown drinking, looks like the red team is the first
to find treasure.

"They will elect a captain from amongst them, but what
they don't realize is the captain takes the largest share
of the treasure." Burnett: "He then gets to choose two
officers to serve under him. The remaining pirates, who
helped him find the treasure, will split the scraps that
are left, and go belowdecks as servants."

day... where three pirates are marked with a black spot
by the captain. And they have to defend themselves." Not
clear who it is, but Azmyth makes the official cut to
release them.
