- Ep.23 reward: Partly seen in the "Previously On..." despite not being in the last episode, Matt, Flick, and Kristie all agree to work together to break up El and Lee. It's a 100% real "new alliance"!
- Ep.23 RC: (Coconut water relay) - It's a team version of S23: South Pacific's "Get Crackin'," and the team part makes it much better. Kristie is terrible at pouring, but Sam is good, so the Exile team wins. But they just win an allegedly "big" advantage in the next day's IC.
- Ep.23 IC: "Bermuda Triangles" - That "advantage" is just starting 10 minutes into the challenge, which doesn't seem like much, but Flick is out before then. The Exile trio last all the way to the final transition (to the top rail), at which point El and Sam immediately fall off, so Lee wins.
- Ep.23 Tribal: There is no new alliance, Flick and Kristie work with El and Lee (who finally plays his vote block advantage, on Sam), to split between Matt and Sam, and Sam is out, 2-2-1 (with the stray vote on El); 4-0 on the revote.
Episode 23 scoring notes
- Tribal Council: As always, only first-round votes count in a tie. Everyone who could voted for Sam on the revote.
- *Sam's receiving votes while being unable to vote himself is now pretty standard fare in Survivor, but as a reminder, he gets no TCA, because he couldn't cast a vote himself. So: no VFB, 2 VAP, 5 TotV, 0 TCA.
Vote count (first round):
- Sam received 2 votes, from Flick and Lee (voted out, 2-2-1; 4-0).
- Matt received 2 votes, from El and Kristie.
- El received 1 votes, from Matt .
