Okay, we tried to be nice with "Things Which Don't Suck," but we just can't help ourselves.  Even now that we're standing united against phantom foes, there are still legions of things inundating us daily that just deserve our unmitigated scorn.  Here are a few of this month's Moronic Milestones, although we may have overlooked some.

E-mail your suggestions to: truedorktimes@truedorktimes.com if you think we missed something.

1. Paul McCartney's "Freedom" video
Funniest video ever?  The sight of England's richest senior citizen bobbing his head around while poorly lip-synching is hilarious in and of itself.  But then there's the music and the lyrics.  Has this guy ever written and/or performed music before?  Levels of cheese unseen since Wham!'s "Freedom."

2. That '80s Show, coming in January to FOX.
Coming soon to ABC - Family Matters: The Next Generation.  Just you watch.

3. The incessant torture of the Gap's "Give a Little Bit" holiday advertising campaign
Hmm, faded former 90's pop stars singing a Bic-flicking anthem by late-70's/ early-80's cheese magnates Supertramp?  Actually, in retrospect, an effective way of getting across the holiday message of "punish your family and friends by giving them clothes for Christmas."

4. New stadiums totaling $1.6 billion for the Mets and Yankees
Half of which comes from public funds (i.e. taxes).  Wasn't it just a month ago that the city of New York was crying poverty to the federal government, and begging for a cash infusion?  Did they find this windfall under their couch cushions, or something?

5. *Nsync to appear in Star Wars: Episode 2
Sadly, we are not making this up.  We told you Jar Jar would look benign next to the other crap Lucas will be throwing in.  Actually, this might be good, as long as they're bloodily slaughtered by Federation forces.  Or even better, chopped in half by light sabers.  Yeah, that would be sweet.
