Survivor: Tocantins episode 10 detailed immunity challenge spoilers/ speculation
Not positive this is actually the IC, but at least the lack of a necklace behind Probst could be explained by his needing to move around a bit in this multistage challenge.

The first part appears to be using grappling hooks to retrieve bags. From the tilting maze tables with holes in them behind Probst, we'd guess the bags contain balls, and the contestants then need to roll their ball(s) around the color-coded table mazes to win. Seems like more of a skill-based challenge than usual. No puzzles?
For what it's worth, we only see three tables behind Probst. Either only the first three to retrieve bags get to do that stage, or there are just four more out of the frame. It might make sense for the contestants not to risk being impaled by running through the grappling hook area to get to the tables, though, so maybe the table stage is just for the top three.

So who wins? We'd guess Coach might actually have some experience with ropes, although the last shot of him suggests he doesn't win (probably no good at the maze). Stephen appears to be smiling in the grappling hook, so he could advance, and JT is a good guess for almost any challenge.
