Finally, the challenge shown way
back in the recap episode. It looks like the contestants
are tethered to a central rope, and presumably have
to race along, clipping in and out around various obstacles.
Terry and Aras seem to be wasting valuable time fighting
with each other, while Danielle has a modest lead.
From the full 30-second TV
ad, it appears there's a lot
more to the challenge, including puzzle tables with three
locks, and columns of various sea creatures (one with
a number on it). Unclear what that's about (perhaps a
variation on memorizing a story Probst tells them?), but
notably, Aras is at the purple puzzle table. This is
important, because we see Cirie gasping in front of a
lowered purple flag. This indicates that Aras won the
RC (and takes Cirie for reward?). Terry is also shown
looking unhappy, not in front of a lowered flag.
