Given that CBS has used the two weeks off
to come up with approximately 10 total frames of footage
of the challenge, there isn't much to go on. There appears
to be some sort of rope-and-wood structure the contestants
are going through en masse, with scattered members of each
new tribe (new Ravus Anthony, James/Rocky, Mookie, Dre, vs.
new Motos Cassandra, Boo, Yau-Man, and Michelle) also visible.
Obviously there's probably more to it, but since CBS seems
to have misplaced the preview footage, we won't bother trying
to guess.

Who wins? Well, since the bootee (Anthony)
has been long-spoiled by both The4Kingdoms and SurvivorPhoenix,
and since SurvivorPhoenix later revealed that Anthony remains
on Ravu, that argues fairly strongly that (the 50% new)
Moto wins again.
