This week, according to TV
Guide, we'll see: "The castaways compete for a seaplane
ride and a trip to a spa."

The challenge appears to be a variant of
the slingshot release-and-catch game, last seen on Panama-Exile
Island, or in land-locked form in Guatemala.
This time with lots of mud, and in apparently picked teams
of four (vidcaps of picking above?), creatively colored (again)
in green and orange. From
the caps below, the teams appear to be:
- Green team: Stacy (shooting), Earl, Dre, Alex
- Orange team: Yau-Man (shooting), Cassandra, Boo, Mookie.

Who wins? Well, Boo (orange) gets injured, but he ends up
looking muddier by the end of the challenge. And unhappy.
And both Mookie (orange) and Dre (green) are shown celebrating,
but Mookie is relatively clean when he does so, and Dre is
both muddy and newly sans buff, and Dre seems ecstatic. So
we'd say Dre's green team (Dre, Earl, Alex,
Stacy) probably wins. Update: SurvivorPhoenix reveals this
is indeed the case.
