Survivor: China episode 7 detailed immunity challenge spoilers/ speculation
So far, we know from the challenge board that this is a post-merge IC, and that it's called "Retention to Detail." Okay, not the most informative set of data, although it's obviously some sort of memory-based competition.
Update: The wording (and video) of the new TV ads appear to imply that the details the contestants are expected to retain come from the "Merge feast and show" (images below). The voiceover over states (starting with the contestants hiking to the show): "And... it's time to outwit and outplay the castaways in a unique immunity challenge. If you miss a moment, you'll miss the clues."

Who wins? We'd guess, if it's purely a memory exercise, that one of the younger contestants (Jaime, Frosti, Todd, Amanda) would have the best shot here. And Jaime and Frosti have the most incentive to perform well. Jaime does have the title quote (which seems to be more of an ironic reference to the fake idol), but Frosti seems to be the best fit for the CBS clue, "one Castaway torn between two alliances holds a lot of power--literally." So we'll guess Frosti wins here.

Updated update: DanieuBleau from SurvivorSkills says that's exactly what happens... "Later on in the day...Jeff shows up at camp and pulls a pop quiz on them over everything they ate, drank, and watched. The whole tribe does poorly, but like I said before, Frosti really enjoyed the show, and emerges the Immunity Winner. He gets like 5 out of the 20 questions correct, don't quote me on the exact amount, but again, everyone does pretty bad because they had no clue they should be taking notes, lol."
