Again,
based on the challenge
board, this
week's reward challenge is listed as "Zen Archery" (clearly
intended to give this show's Yau-Man II a shot at winning,
should one emerge). But the winner gets an overnight
trip to the Great Wall of China. Not bad for an hour's
work.
In his pre-show teleconference,
Jeff Probst had this to say about the reward (as transcribed
by SurvivorFever): "We send the Survivors to the Great
Wall of China. They sleep, they spend the night on the
Great Wall, which I did after the show was over. It was
one of the ten best nights of my life. It was so fantastic."
As for the challenge itself,
CBS actually deigned to show it in the post-Ep11 preview
of this episode, and it looks fairly straightforward. The
contestants take turns firing a crossbow at a 5x5 grid,
in which each person's name appears on five of the squares.
It's not obvious if they are trying to hit their own
name to win, or other people's names to eliminate them
(probably the latter). Of the names on the target, Todd
seems to have at least two, possibly three hits already
(he hits either Amanda or himself in the clip), Denise
and Peih-Gee each have at least two hits, with no clear
hits to Amanda or Courtney.

So who wins? From the preview, we'd say
Todd and Courtney go on the trip. Amanda, Denise and Peih-Gee
are shown talking about booting Todd in the middle of camp.
This seems most likely to happen during the reward, since
one of Todd or Courtney is otherwise usually fairly close
to where Amanda is in camp. Also, Courtney is
shown holding a half-empty wine bottle, looking a bit surprised
at the paranoia around camp, suggesting she's been gone.
Of the two, Courtney seems
the most likely to win if not having your name shot is the
key to winning.
